Immigration applications may be submitted directly to IRCC without the use of a representative.

Luciane Immigration Consulting does not provide services to individuals or entities located in, associated with, or acting on behalf of jurisdictions subject to Canadian or international sanctions.
We reserve the right to decline or terminate services if sanctions compliance cannot be met.

Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the terms of the signed service agreement.
- Fees for work already completed are non‑refundable.
- Fees for services not yet performed may be refundable as outlined in the service agreement.
- Immigration Government fees are not refundable by the Company and retained by immigration.
Clients acknowledge these terms by signing the service agreement and any associated authorization forms.
Documentation We Retain
For regulatory, compliance, and service‑delivery purposes, Luciane Immigration Consulting retains the following types of documents:
- Signed retainer agreements
- Credit card authorization forms
- Identity documents provided by the client
- Application forms and supporting evidence
- Payment confirmations and invoices
- Communication records related to the file
All documents are stored securely in accordance with privacy and data‑protection standards.
Decision‑Making Authority
Luciane Immigration Consulting provides professional immigration consulting, document review, application preparation, and strategic guidance.
We do not guarantee approval of any immigration application.
All final decisions are made solely by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), the Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB), or other relevant government authorities.
